Transition Services is always looking for direct care staff with unique backgrounds including custodial, landscaping, arts and crafts, web design, carpentry, retail experience, and the ongoing interest in helping to improve the lives of the individuals we serve.
We also look for people who can bring prior experience in case management, and who are familiar with the various state requirements for community training centers including: writing ISP Action Plans, Quarterly reports, etc.
